Renovation of a two bedroom bespoke apartment in Pimlico, consisting of full demolition and strip out, all new electrics, all new plumbing works, new walls, new bathroom suite, new doors, new flooring, new kitchen.

 

We also created bespoke timber frame balcony double doors and full decoration throughout. Working closely with our client we  completed this project to a high standard.

Stephendale Road, Fullham SW6

A complete strip out of a three bedroom two level apartment in Fullham consisting of a new rear loft conversion extension, strip out of all chimney breasts, all new electrics, complete re plumbing and heating system, two new bespoke bathroom suites and en-suite, all new doors skirtings and flooring throughout and a full decoration throughout the property.

 

This project was completed to a high end standard with all designs requested by the client. We have since gone on to do further work for this client on other building projects.

Solna Avenue, Putney SW15

Full strip out of a 1980's 4 bedroom house in Putney, with a full wrap around ground floor extension and a complete renovation.

 

We worked close with the client from start to finish achieving the high end finish they were looking for, including 3 large bedrooms, 1 master bedroom with a bespoke en-suite with walk in shower, 2 family bespoke designed bathrooms, large opened planned living/ dining room area, 2 walk in pantry and utility rooms, children's play room and bespoke designed front and back garden areas

 

 This was the second project we did for this client and we are aiming to continue working with them in the future.

Harbut Road, Clapham Junction, SW11

This 3 bedroom Victorian street house in Clapham Junction untouched since the 1950's was completely stripped out demolished. A double loft conversion, two Story extension, side and rear extensions and a complete renovation giving the property 4 large bedrooms, 1 master bedroom with en-suite, 3 family bathrooms, 2 reception/living room areas, large living/dining room area to the rear of the property, 2 glass railing balconies and the renovation of the front and rear garden areas.

 

We worked with this client from start to finish to achieve the design they were looking for,  the property was designed and built in a way that it could be converted into separate dwellings at a later date.

Queen Annes Gate, Westminster, SW1H

J.M Construction successfully completed the bespoke carpentry fit-out at this exclusive London Apartment block renovation. Including solid walnut wall paneling installation of the buildings communal areas, a residents cinema and library area, staircase handrails and front door surrounds.

 

This project was a contract fit-out to one of our clients who were very pleased with the project finish and also in keeping the project within the specified time frame.

Old Ford Apartments, London, E3

A conversion of the Old Ford Tavern Public House in East London, consisting a full strip out and demolition, basement  installations, a three story timber framed extension and a full renovation of the property.

 

Working closely with the client, J.M Construction successfully achieved the build completion of 13 contemporary 1&2 bed apartments  finished to a high standard that the client was hoping for. We have since done further ongoing projects with this client. 

Westside Common, Wimbledon, SW20

Renovation of the top floor of this exclusive Wimbledon home, consisting of sound insulating and fire rating between floor levels, all new doors and skirtings, new bathrooms and a full decoration.

 

As the client was living at this property we had to work this project in different stages that suited them. we were still able to achieve the high standard they were looking for completed in the time frames stated in our contract. we are currently doing other building projects for this client at the same property.
