The property was virtually untouched since its original construction, but JM Construction stripped it back to its shell and rebuilt it from the inside out.
A new electrical and plumbing system was installed, along with new internal walls and roof. The entire property was subject to complete joinery fit-out, including a new kitchen, utility, walk-in pantry, bathrooms, and oak parquet flooring throughout.
The external grounds were also fully renovated, including a 160 square foot swimming pool, barbeque area, external living space, and white limestone floor areas.
The result of the project was impressive, and both the team and the clients were very pleased with the outcome.
